Your favorite k-pop idol has just done something problematic. You’re at a loss; you know you should be upset, but this is your bias. Your bias. They’re special. You selected them out of the hundreds of singing, dancing, aegyo-ing pretty-faced Korean idols for a reason. And all those pretty graphics and angst-ridden fanfics you wrote were a major emotional investment. You can’t just dump them! That would mean having to learn the life history, favorite color, sleeping habits of a complete stranger.
